Sears Square is a 10-acre redevelopment in the heart of Salt Lake City. Tribe has been engaged to assist in the mixed-use components of the projects, creating place through telling an authentic story of the neighborhood and community.
The project will consist of multifamily, office, hospitality and retail uses when complete. Our engagement includes; design team integration, brand development with our partner AOR, tenant positioning, and art integration. The first phase is a mixed use 400-unit multifamily project and public park. This is an ideal project for our team, helping owners create legacy projects that are timeless reflections of the community.
